Gargash Mercedes-Benz faced challenges in maintaining a consistent and compelling brand presence across social media. The visual identity lacked cohesion, and communication did not fully reflect the premium positioning expected by a discerning luxury audience.
The opportunity was to redefine how the brand communicates digitally — aligning with global Mercedes-Benz standards while adapting to the expectations and behaviors of the UAE market.
This required establishing a unified visual direction that enhances clarity, elevates perception, and creates stronger emotional resonance with the audience.
A comprehensive visual refresh was developed to align brand communication with Mercedes-Benz’s premium identity while enhancing engagement across digital platforms.
The approach focused on:
